Andrew Costello
Andrew started this company with his mother in 2018. Performing miscellaneous projects from retaining walls, power washing, drain tile installs, patio pavers, etc. From there, over the years of hard work and venturing into different projects and always placing the customer satisfaction first he grew the company to one of the most competitive lawn care & snow removal companies around the twin cities.
Though, providing numerous additional services in order to learn and always becoming better. Andrew attended Concordia St. Paul University and obtained his bachelors and was apart of the Golden Bears football team. He brings his competitive nature to the workplace and continues to influence his peers and the team around him to strive for greatness!
Director of Operations
Malek
Malek’s work experience showcases a diverse range of skills and expertise in outdoor maintenance and equipment operation. He has over 5 years of experience in lawn cutting and snow plowing, he’s developed a keen eye for detail and precision, ensuring that every job is completed to the highest standard. Malek has continually excelled in the operating of a variety of machines/equipment necessary for every landscaping need.
Furthermore, his experience working with plants demonstrate the knowledge and passion he has for nature, and ability to care and maintain them for every customer AJ Properties has! Little about Malek is that he attended Louisiana Tech for track and field and continues his track & field passion by coaching/assisting his hometown high school North St. Paul Polars track team.
Assistant Playground Foreman
Carter Costello
Carter was born in 2018 the same year the company was created! Ever since then he's been his father's sidekick and best friend. The duo are thick as thieves, making his moms or Andrew's wife Maria's life hectic and interesting everyday!
Carter is one of the most helpful and motivated young kids you'll ever meet. You'll see him occasionally going on-site as his father meets new potential clients. His main duty is to have fun and find his way or convince his parents to bring him to the playground every day.
